This website is operated by Way Right, LLC under the Way Right Apparel name. Throughout the site, “Way Right Apparel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Way Right, LLC. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Online store terms
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products, website, content, or services in violation of any law or to infringe the rights of another person.
Products and made-to-order fulfillment
Most products are made to order by third-party fulfillment partners. Product colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, production method, garment, or material. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that every screen or production run will appear identical.
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change products, prices, promotions, or availability without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product unavailability, or other operational issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Do not mail a return to any address unless you have received written instructions from us. Way Right Apparel does not accept walk-in returns, and our fulfillment partners do not process customer returns on our behalf.
